Team Entry

* The event office will arrange insurance for all participants.
You must provide the information required for insurance enrollment: full name, date of birth and address.

The team representative should complete this form after obtaining every member's consent. Allow about 15-20 minutes.

Entry deadline: 11:59 PM Japan time, Saturday, October 31, 2026
After reviewing the application, the organizer will email payment instructions. Event details, competition rules and schedules may change. Please check the official website for the latest information.
