ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Ha-ri is an Okinawan tradition that gives thanks for the sea and prays for safe voyages and a rich catch. Carrying that spirit forward, this new international ocean sports festival welcomes challengers from every region and country.
More than a race, it brings together music, food, ocean culture and international exchange. From Okinawa's waters, let us create a new tradition together.
